1. Women with
a Unique Soul group is open to all women over the age of
18-years-old.
2. Business and Personal sites are welcome as long as they do contain
personal information but it is not mandatory to have a site to join our
group. If you do not have a site, acceptance in the group will be based on
information provided in the application and a recommendation from one of our
members. We do ask that if you do have a site that does not promote or have
links to pornography, any forms of hate groups, violence, discrimination,
racial or religious bias
towards others, please do not apply for the group. (If your site falls in
these categories as all links will be checked on your site, you will be
denied membership).
3. We do offer a web-ring at Women With
a Unique Soul. You can be
a member of the group or the webring only, it is optional.
4. If you choose to be a part of our
web-ring, the web-ring logo must be on your site within 7 days from the time
it is submitted unless prior notice is given.
The web-ring must not be altered in anyway and the graphic image must be
loaded to your server.
You must sign up with the URL of the page where the web-ring will be
located. You will not be admitted to the web-ring if you have given the
wrong URL. You don't have to belong to the chat list but you have to
belong to the Announcements List so you can receive information about the
group, birthdays, anniversaries, special occasions, and special matters.
5. We are a group founded on love and
friendship in a peaceful and dignified atmosphere. We, the Founders, want to
instill Freedom of Speech, Freedom
of Expression and a Safe Zone for all women to be
who they are without being judged or criticized, by allowing
such freedom the chat list
may contain very Adult and suggestive language. If you are easily offended
you may want to think twice on joining us.
6. Flaming, or spamming of other
members will not be tolerated. If a problem should arise with another
member please bring it to the Grievance Committee's attention or let the
founders know. The matter
will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and/or an agreement between
the two parties and will be done in a discreet manner. If you decide
to take the problem to the group, you will be immediately banned from the
group and webring.
Disrupting
the group in any shape or form, illegal
or stolen images, and stealing bandwidth will not
be tolerated and the member will be asked to leave the group.
We
retain the right to refuse any site.
If you desire to leave the ring, it is
your responsibility to remove yourself from the ring. Removing the ring
from your personal site, does not remove you from the ring.
If you decide to leave the ring it is
also your responsibility to remove yourself from egroups. It is also your
responsibility to notify the founders of your departure by a private email
to them and not to post your departure from the group through egroups unless
warranted.
By agreeing to these guided rules for
Women with a Unique Soul, you are saying that you can abide to
the rules, and would like to stay with us.
All rules are subject to change and or be amended without notice as new
situations arise.
