Welcome to the Grievance Committee.  This is the committee that handles all the conflicts, problems, clashes and negativity that goes among the group members.

This committee is comprised of the three founders and they are the ones who will make a final decision on any matter concerning problems among the members based on evidence only.  No hearsay will be considered in making any decision.

The matters this committee handle are of the utmost confidentiality and will stay only within the parties concerned and will not be revealed to any of the members.  

Matters that arise from contact or conflict outside the group or related to another group between the members will not be considered and no intervention from the Grievance committee will be warranted.
